Dixon

A call came in about a young dog with a broken jaw. We went to see him and he just sat there and wagged his tail. It took many weeks but Dixon was finally on the mend. He was such a good puppy. He never complained or whined. He went through each surgery and hospitalization like it was something new and exciting. Each new jaw brace was custom designed just for him. The first week he got his brace off everyone in the rescue wanted a kiss. We were all thrilled. We werent sure if Dixon's foster family would let him go but when the perfect application came in everything fell into place. Though there were tons of tears and she still talks about Dixon. But we know he is a happy boy and in the family where he belongs.
